Kranjcar hints at Serie A move

Tottenham midfielder Niko Krancar has set his sights on leaving the club in the summer and he admits a move to Italy would be good for him.

The Croatian has failed to command a starting place at White Hart Lane and he is now ready to quit Spurs.

“Is there a point of beginning next season as a bit-part player? None whatsoever,” Kranjcar told The Sun.

“I have an agreed meeting with the chairman and the manager, it should happen within a week.

“After the meeting I want to have a clear picture about my status.

“I would definitely be interested in moving to Italy. I think I would adapt quickly to Italian football.”
