Competition: French Ligue 1
Market: Marseilles to win against PSG
Odds: 5/2 @ Betfair

Marseilles have a difficult clash this afternoon against fellow title-chasers Paris Saint-Germain. Marcelo Bielsa’s side are looking to turn their home form around, with L’OM having dropped points in their last three games at the Stade Vélodrome. They have, however, picked up seven points from a possible nine, so they come into this afternoon’s fixture in good form.

Paris Saint-Germain have been winning games, but their away form has needed work. Laurent Blanc’s side have failed to win six of their last seven on the road in the league, so it’s a bad time to be facing Marseilles. Second in the table after 30 games, a win today could put the Parisians top of the pack, while Marseilles – currently third – could replace PSG in the table if they can win at home.

Marseilles lost 2-0 earlier in the season to Blanc’s men, but today’s fixture could well see a reverse given how inconsistent PSG have been. Their poor away form in the league sees Betfair giving odds of 5/2 for the hosts to pick up all three points to the holders this afternoon.
