Inter coach Andrea Stramaccioni says club president Massimo Moratti has made his stance on the trainer’s future perfectly clear in recent weeks.

The Nerazzurri have endured a disappointing season and currently sit in ninth in Serie A, leading to speculation that the 37-year-old will be sacked.

Moratti has insisted in the past that the young coach will remain at San Siro, and Stramaccioni wants to focus on Sunday’s clash with Udinese.

“I think Moratti has been very clear,” he is quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport.

“And he has also said to leave us in peace for the last game. That’s why I’m only thinking now about the game against Udinese because we want to sign off well in front of our fans.

“We know it wasn’t a good season, but we want to finish well. It must be said that despite all the difficulties of the season the dressing room always remained united.”
