Manchester United are ready to let Rasmus Hojlund leave in the summer transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported that the Red Devils have made it clear that the Denmark international striker can leave now that they have signed Slovenia international hitman Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.
Romano wrote on X: “Manchester United have definitely opened doors to loan move for Rasmus Højlund, as revealed yesterday.
“On the other hand, Højlund insists on staying at United.
“AC Milan, in contact with agents to advance.
“United want heavy loan fee around €6m + full salary covered.”
It remains to be seen if AC Milan are able to convince Hojlund to make the move to the Italian club. It may not be easy for the Serie A club to do so if the Man Utd striker insists on staying at Old Trafford.
