Erbil completed the perfect group stage at the AFC Cup with a 2-0 win over Al Ansar on Wednesday, while Fanja also advanced.
A brace from Amjad Radhi saw Erbil to their victory as they topped Group B with 18 points after six wins from as many matches.
The Iraqi outfit finished eight points clear atop the group, scoring 17 goals and conceding none to reach the round-of-16 in impressive fashion.
Fanja were second after their 3-1 win over Al Ahli Ta’izz, which came on the back of a Mohammed Al Hinai brace.
A late goal from Ahmad Al Doni helped Al Riffa into the last 16 as they drew 1-1 at home to Regar-TadAZ.
Al Doni cancelled out Sardorbek Eminov’s opener in the 84th minute to see the Bahraini side finish second in Group A.
Safa’s 1-0 win over group leaders Al Kuwait meant little as they finished third.
Semen and Kitchee had already secured progression before their final Group E matches and completed it with big wins.
Edward Wilson scored twice in Semen’s 3-1 win over Churchill Brothers, while a Jordi Tarres hat-trick helped Kitchee thrash the Warriors 5-0.
New Radiant finished top of Group F after Ali Ashfaq netted three times in their 6-1 win against Persibo, while Yangon United advanced after their 2-0 victory over Sun Hei SC.
