Ajax reject Roma’s Erik ten Hag approach

According to a recent report from Sky Italy, Ajax have rejected an approach from Roma for head coach Erik ten Hag. Roma are said to have been impressed by ten Hag during the Dutch giants’ run to the semi finals of the Champions League, but Ajax aren’t believed to be all too interested in the idea of letting him go. Roberto De Zerbi and Paulo Fonseca have both been listed as other possible targets for Roma, who have seen a number of their preferred targets get snapped up by other clubs in recent weeks. The Italian side are desperate to try and keep the pace with the likes of Juventus, Napoli and Inter Milan at the top of Serie A, but at this point, all their fans are hoping for is a resolution to this managerial mess. If they don’t get it soon, then an aura of panic may begin to set in.
