Audax Italiano have confirmed the transfers of young stars Matias Campos Toro and Bryan Carrasco to European clubs.
After superb seasons in the Chilean Primera Division, Campos Toro is set to move to La Liga outfit Granada and Carrasco has earned a short-term shift to Udinese in the Serie A.
The club revealed on their official website that they had sealed a deal with Granada to sell 22-year-old Campos Toros, who is most at home on the left side of midfield.
Granada have purchased 50 per cent of the player’s contract rights, although Audax added that the move depended on personal terms being agreed between the two parties.
The press release also revealed Carrasco, 20, would spend the next six months on loan with Udinese.
Udinese had held an interest in the Chile under-20 winger for two years, and have the option to purchase 50 percent of Carrasco’s rights when the temporary switch finishes on May 31.
Campos Toro made his debut at just 16 for Audax and has been a mainstay for the side ever since.
His efforts in local football have also not gone unnoticed by national team coach Claudio Borghi, who picked him for Chile’s November World Cup qualifiers and was rewarded when the youngster netted his first international goal against Paraguay.
