Barcelona target Liverpool winger Luis Diaz

Barcelona are interested in signing Luis Diaz from Liverpool in the summer transfer window, according to Relevo. The report has claimed that Barcelona have Diaz ahead of Athletic Bilbao winger Nico Williams in their list of priorities.

The report in the Spanish news outlet has claimed that it will take over €80 million to get a deal done for Diaz, and that Barcelona have ‘the financial muscle’ to do it. The Colombia international winger has an offer of a new contract from Liverpool, who have yet to get a response.

Diaz has scored 17 goals and given eight assists in 48 appearances for Liverpool this season. The 28-year-old has found the back of the net 41 times and made 23 assists in 146 matches in all competitions for the Reds, who have won the Premier League title this campaign.
