Bayern Munich are not looking to sign Nathaniel Brown from Eintracht Frankfurt in the summer transfer window, according to Bild journalist Christia Falk.
Falk wrote on CFBayernInsider: “It is NOT TRUE: Bayern’s Munich’s interest in Nathaniel Brown is hot at the minute.
“It’s true that Nathaniel Brown is of interest to Bayern but things have not concretely developed to a meaningful point.
“FC Bayern are looking at him in a similar way to how they’re looking at Gvardiol.
“However, there is no offer there.
“Frankfurt are themselves wondering why Bayern are not more concrete.
“One reason is that sporting director Markus Krösche, who’s a very clever man, is selling a lot of players to the Premier League for a lot of money.
“Omar Marmoush, for instance, went for big money to Man City.
“The point is that Bayern Munich would go for this kind of player.
“He’s German, and he’ll be at the World Cup with Julian Nagelsmann’s team.
“However, the price tag will be €65m-70m [£56.2m-60.5m], and this is too much for a left-back at the moment.”
