Competition: Spanish Segunda

Market: Mirandes draw no bet

Odds: 3/5 @ Pribet

Two sides who find themselves scrapping it out at the foot of the Segunda standings, Mirandes will welcome Huesca to Estadio Municipal de Anduva on Monday night.

Starting with the hosts, while Mirandes might have clung to their Segunda status last season, the Reds are enduring another relegation scrap in 2024. Coming off the back of another downbeat display as they slumped to a 3-0 drumming at the hands of Espanyol last week, Alessio Lisci’s men have lost three of their previous four second-tier appearances. Likewise, mustering just a single victory from any of their last seven outings, there is no doubt that the Burgos-based outfit will be excited by the prospect of making a return to home soil here. Desperate to widen their buffer over the relegation spots, Mirandes have continued to gain a reputation for their success at the Estadio Municipal de Anduva. Last seen on home soil storming their way to a routine 3-0 romp against Villarreal B, Lisci’s side have suffered just a single defeat in Burgos since way back on October 5th.

As for the visitors, although Huesca might have opened February with a crucial 1-0 victory against Alcorcon, it appears that might have just been a minor boost for Antonio Hidalgo’s men. Last seen having to settle for a 0-0 stalemate at home against Amorebieta, the Aragon-based outfit are tipped as a leading relegation contender in 2024. Crashing out of the Copa del Rey last month following a 2-0 defeat at the hands of La Liga side Rayo Vallecano, Monday’s guests are without a win from any of their previous seven domestic appearances across all competitions. Yet to open their account since opening the New Year, it should also be noted that Huesca have shown some extended issues in the final third this season. Likewise, failing to collect a single Segunda victory on their travels since the middle of November, we are backing a home draw no bet here.

Bet: Mirandes draw no bet against Huesca 3/5 for Monday’s Segunda battle @ Pribet
