Looking to widen their buffer in the play-off spots in midweek, Wrexham will welcome Yeovil to the Racecourse Ground on Tuesday night.

Starting with the hosts, while Wrexham might have found themselves in the midst of a blip when opening November, they have bounced back in some style. Last seen over the weekend when putting in another eye-catching display, Phil Parkinson’s men landed a 2-0 win against fellow play-off contenders Bromley on home soil. Finding their own way into the top-seven, the Reds have now collected 13 points from their last five National League contests. Looking to lay down another marker at the Racecourse Ground on Tuesday night, Wrexham have also continued to impress with their displays in the final third. On a run highlighted by 6-2 and 5-0 victories against King’s Lynn and Aldershot, it should also be noted that the midweek hoss are unbeaten on home soil since opening the 2021/22 campaign.

As for the visitors, knowing that they missed out on a golden chance over the weekend as they had to settle for a 1-1 draw against rock-bottom Dover, Yeovil will be seeking an immediate boost here. Still sat five points adrift of finding a route into the play-off places, Darren Sarll’s men have still largely impressed on their November run. Landing back-to-back victories away at Bromley and Dagenham & Redbridge, the Glovers are unbeaten in each of their last seven contests, a run that stems back to October 23rd. In a contest that could turn out to be another free-scoring affair on Tuesday night, it should be noted that Yeovil have gained their own reputation for some lively outcomes. With three of their last four matchups finishing with both teams finding the net, we’re backing a similar outcome here.
