Chelsea want to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli

Chelsea are interested in signing Victor Osimhen from Napoli, according to 90min. Osimhen is involved in a row with his club Napoli after the Italian side posted a TikTok video mocking the striker and his agent threatening to take legal action against the Italian champions. Former Premier League and UEFA Champions League winners Chelsea are reportedly monitoring the 24-year-old striker’s situation.

Osimhen has scored four goals in six Serie A matches for Napoli so far this season. The striker has also played once in the UEFA Champions League for the Naples outfit this campaign. The 24-year-old striker scored 26 goals and gave four assists in 30 Serie A starts and scored five goals in five UEFA Champions League starts last season.

Chelsea are 14th in the Premier League table at the moment with five points from six matches, four points above the relegation zone. Meanwhile, Napoli currently find themselves fifth in the Serie A standings with 11 points from six games, four points behind leaders Inter Milan.
