Alexandre Pato scored the only goal as Milan beat PSG, who he may be joining, in a friendly in Dubai on Wednesday.
‘The Duck’ was on target in the fourth minute as the Serie A side beat the French club who are reportedly ready to offer them 38 million euros for the Brazilian forward.
Although Nene twice hit the woodwork for the Ligue 1 side, the Italian champions held on to claim a narrow win in what was former coach Carlo Ancelotti’s first game in charge of PSG.
Before the match PSG were rumoured to be preparing a bid for Pato and he wasted little time in underlining his class by slotting home after good work from strike partner Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Milan nearly doubled their advantage on 17 minutes but Antonio Nocerino saw his overhead volley come back off the top of the crossbar.
However, PSG, who played a 4-3-2-1 system, had the better of the second period and Nene twice went agonisingly close to drawing his side level only to be denied by the woodwork.
He also had a seemingly good goal disallowed after finding the back of the net directly from a corner.
