February 11th: Sunday’s Football Accumulator – 9/1

With the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United stealing centre stage on Sunday afternoon, we have a stacked schedule from across Europe’s elite.

So, for those of you looking to stick on a Sunday flutter, we have found a trio of helpful betting markets that are worth keeping an eye out for.

Sunday, February 11th

BST 12:00 Coventry vs Millwall

Extending on their FA Cup adventure earlier in the week as they stormed their way to a 4-1 romp at home against Sheffield Wednesday, Coventry have once again gained a string of plaudits this season. While Mark Robins’ men might have suffered play-off final heartbreak last year, Sunday’s hosts have their sights firmly set on securing another top-six finish in 2024. Handing themselves a real platform to build on in midweek, the Sky Blues have also gained a reputation for their extended success in the Midlands. With their hometown purple patch underlined by a stellar 3-1 victory against runaway Championship leaders Leicester, Coventry have not suffered a single defeat from any of their previous 10 straight appearances across all competitions – a run that stems all the way back to October 30th. Smelling a golden opportunity on Sunday lunchtime, Robins’ side should be relishing Millwall’s arrival this weekend. Last seen getting hit with a 1-0 loss at the hands of Hull, the Lions find themselves in the midst of a real struggle. With many in Joe Edwards’ camp looking over their shoulder at a potential relegation scrap, the one-time Chelsea coach has seen his squad muster just a single point from their previous four Championship appearances. Hit with a 3-0 drumming when they welcomed Coventry to south London for their reverse showdown back on November 25th, we are expecting a similar outcome here.

Tip: Coventry win @ 19/20

14:00 West Ham vs Arsenal

Although Arsenal might have opened the New Year at the heart of a minor domestic wobble, the Gunners have come roaring back in an eye-catching fashion. Making a real statement last weekend as they secured a 3-1 romp at home against Liverpool, Mikel Arteta’s men now have their sights firmly set on clinching a first Premier League crown since 2004. Winning all of their previous three top-flight appearances on the spin, Sunday’s guests have also found a real clinical edge in the final third. Including a stellar 5-0 victory against Crystal Palace on January 20th, Arsenal have won all of those three Premier League showdowns by an aggregate score of 10-2. Opening this weekend’s fixtures sat just two points adrift of climb to the top of the table, the ex-Manchester City coach will be calling on his title contenders to keep up their recent charge here. While West Ham might have signed off 2023 in the midst of a real purple patch, Sunday’s hosts have failed to find a similar level this time around. Last seen putting in a worrying display away at Old Trafford as they fell to a 3-0 drumming against Manchester United, the Hammers have failed to win any of their previous six domestic appearances across all competitions. Crashing out of the FA Cup last month at the hands of Championship outfit Bristol City, there still remains some lingering pressure on David Moyes’ shoulders in east London.

Tip: Arsenal win & Both teams to score @ 11/5

14:00 Bologna vs Lecce

Making a thumping return to winning ways last weekend as they secured a 4-2 victory against Sassuolo, Bologna are enjoying a real domestic fairytale this season. With Thiago Motta’s side riding what has been an extended wave of momentum, Sunday’s hosts are dreaming of the chance to book a famous European ticket in 2024. Opening this weekend’s fixtures sat just three points adrift of breaking into the Champions League spots, the Greyhounds should be smelling a golden opportunity here. Tipped as a standout contender here, the former Genoa boss will also be hugely excited by his side’s remarkable success on home soil. Including a stellar 2-0 win against Italian giants Roma last month, Bologna are unbeaten in all of their previous 12 straight domestic showdowns in front of their own supporters – a run that stems all the way back to August 21st. Collecting some heavyweight scalps at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara this season, Motta’s men will be desperate to shore up their spot in the European chase. While Lecce might have claimed a shock 3-2 victory against Fiorentina last weekend, Sunday’s guests are still looking over their shoulder at a potential relegation scrap. Despite drawing a line under their six-match winless run last time out, the Wolves will be set for a stern examination here. It should be highlighted, Roberto D’Aversa’s men have lost all of their previous four showdowns on the road by an aggregate score of 6-1.

Tip: Bologna win @ 8/11
