Gareth Bale ponders Bayern Munich switch

Sport Bild claims that Real Madrid superstar Gareth Bale is considering a summer move to Bayern Munich.

Speaking after the Champions League final win over Liverpool, where he scored two amazing goals after coming off the bench, the Welshman hinted he would be leaving los Blancos in search of regular playing time.

English media have since suggested that Manchester United and Bayern Munich are among clubs showing interest in his services, while Sport Bild understands that the Welshman would consider an offer from Allianz Arena.

With both Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben nearing the end of their playing days, the Bavarians could really use a world-class forward such as Bale next season.

Chances are that several clubs will be involved in a true bidding war for the player who hasn’t clearly said the last word at the biggest stage.
