Manchester lead 0-1 after the first half versus Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. The only goal so far was scored by Korean Ji Sung Park.

United began without star player Cristiano Ronaldo, while Rooney and Berbatov partnered up in attack.

The Mancunians were the better side in the first half hour, and got their reward in the 18th minute. Chelsea goalkeeper Cech parried a shot but Ji Sung Park stood in the right place to score in the rebound.

At this point, Chelsea had already substituted the seemingly injured Ricardo Carvalho for Alex.

And United had to make an unexpected substitution as well in the 32nd minute. Edwin van der Sar injured his right leg and couldn’t continue. Kuszczak was his replacement.
