Huddersfield keen on Yassine Benzia

Premier League outfit Huddersfield Town are readying summer bid for Lille winger Yassine Benzia, according to L’Equipe.

The 23-year-old has benefitted from regular playing time at Lille, proving his worth in France’s top flight, and he may be ready for a new challenge.

L’Equipe claims that Huddersfield Town have inquired about the possibility of signing Benzia in the summer transfer window, while Russian side FK Krasnodar are also keen.

The talented footballer who had come through the youth ranks at Lyon has managed 11 goals and 9 assists in 91 appearances for les Gones.

Benzia also decided to switch his allegiance to Algeria despite impressing playing for France youth sides. He has three years left on his current contract.
