Another day, another Real Madrid player is being linked with a move to Juventus. This time it’s Real captain Sergio Ramos who has reportedly appeared on the Old Lady’s radar. This is according to AS, who quote reports in Italy as their source.
The experienced defender has had a row with club president Florentino Perez after Real’s Champions League exit this week, and he has apparently threatened to leave. Further more, the rumour of Jose Mourinho potentially returning to the Santiago Bernabeu is picking up pace, and given the poor relationship Ramos had with the Portuguese coach towards the end of his reign in Madrid, such development may push Ramos towards the exit door even more.
Juventus are waiting to see what happens. Having already acquired Cristiano Ronaldo, they would love to add Ramos, and potentially Marcelo, to the back line already full of experience with the likes of Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini.
