Liga Sagres: Uniao de Leiria 1 Olhanense 3

Olhanense claimed a 3-1 win over bottom side Uniao De Leiria on Monday, to move seventh in the Liga Sagres standings.

Sergio Conceicao’s side led at the break courtesy of Cape Verde Islands international Dady’s strike on 30 minutes.

Djaniny equalised for the hosts at Estadio Dr. Magalhaes Pessoa four minutes after the break, before late goals to Toy and Salvador Agra sealed all three points for Olhanense.

Goalscorer Djaniny saw red in the 85th minute, as the league’s cellar-dwellers failed to earn a point, leaving them two points from relegation safety.
