Il Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport have suggested that AC Milan are hot on the trail of Werder Bremen full-back Ludwig Augustinsson.
The Rossoneri need cover for summer recruit Ricardo Rodriguez on the left flank and they believe the Swedish footballer would be a very good option.
The 23-year-old represented Sweden in the famous 2018 World Cup play-off triumph over Italy, and he clearly did enough to impress AC Milan officials.
Werder Bremen are reportedly prepared to consider offers in the region of €15 million this winter, and it remains to be seen whether the Rossoneri will step up their interest.
Ludwig Augustinsson only joined the Bundesliga outfit last summer from FC Kopenhagen and he managed to impress in 16 league outings.
