Luis Muriel on AC Milan radar

AC Milan are hot on the trail of Sevilla forward Luis Muriel, Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport can reveal.

The Rossoneri could offload both Andre Silva and Nikola Kalinic in the summer, meaning that Patrick Cutrone is the only striker certain to remain in the squad.

And with AC Milan unlikely to raise enough cash to fund the purchase of either Andrea Belotti or Edin Dzeko, they have now switched their attention towards Sevilla’s Luis Muriel.

The Colombian already has Serie A experience, having represented Lecce, Udinese and Sampdoria, scoring a total of 43 league goals in Italy.

Muriel has failed to impress since joining Sevilla in the summer, bagging just 7 goals in 26 la Liga outings, but AC Milan chiefs believe he would be a good addition to the squad.
