Manchester City eye Hoffenheim defender David Raum

Manchester City are interested in signing David Raum from Hoffenheim in the summer transfer window, according to 90min. The report has claimed that the Premier League champions have enquired about the availability of the Germany international full-back.

City are looking to sign a left-back, and one of the players they have identified is Raum. The Citizens have asked about the 24-year-old, who can also operate as a left-winger or as a left wing-back. Raum made 31 starts and one substitute appearances in the Bundesliga this past season, scoring three goals and providing 11 assists in the process.

Pep Guardiola’s City won the Premier League title this past season, while Hoffenheim ended up ninth in the Bundesliga table with 46 points from 34 matches.
