Lyon winger Michel Bastos has pledged his future to the club by signing a new deal at Gerland.
The Brazilian midfielder was heavily linked with a summer switch to Juventus, but he ultimately decided to remain at Lyon.
The 28-year-old has now ended any speculation regarding his future by signing a new contract with les Gones.
The Brazil international signed a two-year extension to his current deal that will see him remain at the club until June 2015, the club revealed on their official website.
Bastos has been in pretty good form at the start of the season, with his impressive performances one of the reasons for Lyon’s bright start.
