Napoli eyeing Salvatore Sirigu

Il Corriere dello Sport is reporting that Napoli are keeping close tabs on Torino goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.

It is no secret that Napoli are in the market for a new number one as Pepe Reina is set to join AC Milan.

And while Bayer Leverkusen shot-stopper Bernd Leno appears to be their number one target, the Azzurri also have a plan B.

Namely, if they fail to lure Germany international to Stadio San Paolo this summer, Napoli could make a move on former Palermo star Salvatore Sirigu.

The 31-year-old has revived his career at Torino after a somewhat disappointing spell at Parc des Princes and chances are he will be tempted by the prospect of joining title-chasing Azzurri and former boss Carlo Ancelotti.
