Nikola Vukcevic set for Premier League move

Portuguese newspaper Record has learned that Sporting Braga midfielder Nikola Vukcevic could be moving to English Premier League in the summer.

The 26-year-old had experienced plenty of problems in the early stage of his career in Portugal, spending some 18 months playing for the reserves, but he eventually earned his chance.

Vukcevic went on to nail down a regular starting berth and became an important member of the side, making 76 league appearances and featuring in 28 Europa League matches.

The Montenegro international is now on the radar of unnamed Premier League clubs and Record believes he is almost certain to move to England in the coming months.

The same source has suggested that Sporting Braga could earn in excess of €15 million from the sale, while it should be noted that Danilo Barbosa (Nice) and Andre Horta (Los Angeles FC) will also be sold this summer.
