Ogbonna drops Milan hint

Torino defender Angelo Ogbonna has added fuel to speculations linking him with a move away from the club by revealing his preference for AC Milan.

The 23-year-old is one of the most sought-after defenders in Italy and is widely tipped to leave the Serie B side.

The player of Nigerian descent has been linked with Juventus, Napoli and Milan, and he admits the Rossoneri are the closest to his heart.

“I do like Milan,” Ogbonna told La Stampa. “However, that doesn’t mean that I will end up going there…”

The player has reportedly attracted interest of several Premiership sides, including Arsenal and Liverpool.

“I didn’t know about the Liverpool link. I don’t follow the transfer market…”

Torino president Urbano Cairo recently revealed that Ogbonna was valued at €20 million.
