PSG eyeing La Liga hotshot

Paris Saint-Germain are in pole position to sign French forward Antoine Griezmann from Real Sociedad, according to AS.

The 22-year-old has become one of the most sought-after players in Europe following some scintillating displays in Spanish La Liga, with Juventus and Arsenal already expressing their interest.

And while the winger does not seem keen on moving clubs midway through the season, a summer exit appears on the cards.

According to AS, Paris Saint-Germain are keeping close tabs on the talented footballer and they have made him one of their primary targets for the 2014/2015 season.

With both Jeremy Menez and Ezequiel Lavezzi likely to leave the club, the Saints are ready to step up their interest in Antoine Griezmann.

The highly rated footballer has been in amazing form this season, notching no less than 11 goals in just 15 La Liga outings despite being used on the wing at Real Sociedad.
