Van Persie told the Sun newspaper that he loved playing for the Gunners and that their current team has the makings of being a really great one.
i am an Arsenal fan, i think v.Persie asking for more pay may be a little alright because players of his standing around the world recieve much more.
on the other hand, if v.Persie recieves this pay rise and signs a new deal with the north London club, he should bear at the back of his mind that he must deliver the monay’s worth in terms of team work and posible goals.
