Serie A side AS Roma have presented young striker Nicolas Lopez to the media even though the transfer has yet to become official.
The 18-year-old visited the Trigoria training ground yesterday, ahead of signing a long-term deal with the Giallorossi.
“Playing for Roma is a dream I hope to experience very soon,” Lopez told the official club Facebook page.
“Thank you to all the Roma fans.”
The youngster arrives from Uruguayan side Nacional, with the two clubs set to make the transfer official later today.
“Nico Lopez arrived this afternoon to visit the training ground of AS Roma ahead of formalising the agreement that in future could allow him to play with the Giallorossi jersey,” read the official statement.
