(GSM) – Valencia striker Nikola Zigic looks to be on his way out of Spain as he expressed his desire to play in the Premier League.

The Serbian international has failed to make an impact at the Mestalla this season. Zigic has only made nine league appearances so far, scoring two goals in the process.

The 29-year-old is not happy with his lack of playing time and hopes to make a move after this season.

“I don’t know what the plans of my club are. But my desire is to go to England. I’m still a Valencia player, but I have to think about my future,” Zigic was quoted as saying in the Serbian press.

The towering hitman was being linked with a move to Galatasaray earlier this week, but a move to Turkey appears unlikely given the striker’s recent comments.
