Wolves eyeing Jose Sa

Championship winners Wolverhampton are readying summer bid for FC Porto goalkeeper Jose Sa, according to A Bola.

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo knows the player well from his time at Estadio do Dragao and he has decided to try and lure him to Molineux this summer.

Jose Sa showed a great deal of promise this season, making 14 league appearances as the Dragons went to claim the Primeira Liga trophy.

But, with veteran keeper Iker Casillas extending his deal with the club, the 25-year-old plans to leave in search of first team football.

Chances are Jose Sa will be tempted by the prospect of moving to England and securing regular playing time having so far made 31 top-flight appearances for Maritimo and FC Porto.
