Brazil legend Zico has urged Real Madrid midfielder Kaka to leave the club and return to his home country.
Kaka has started just 12 matches in all competitions for the Spanish giants this season, while he has also fallen out of favour with the Brazilian national team.
That is despite his obvious talent, and Zico – who played 72 times for Brazil, scoring 52 goals – feels he would be better suited in an environment where he is guaranteed to play.
The 60-year-old believes his former club Flamengo would be the ideal destination for Kaka.

“His best option would be joining a different red and black team, the one from Brazil and to be more specific, the one from Rio de Janeiro.
“I talked with him about it and he smiled, it would be very good for him and for the national team if he played in the Brazilian national league.
“I’m not saying this as a Flamengo fan, I’m saying what I think, if Kaka wants to be a protagonist again.”
Kaka has also been linked with a move to Cruzeiro in recent weeks.
