Some reports have suggested that Falcao would have no problem in making the switch across the Spanish capital, but that doesn’t appear to be the case right now.
The Colombian international is in fine form at the moment and regarded by many as one of the best strikers in the world. There has been a lot of speculation about the striker, but he insists that no stories are true.
He was apparently spotted dining with Real’s chief Florentino Perez during the week, but again, Falcao says it is not true.
He said: “Everything is a lie. Lately there has been all kinds of news about me. That I ate with Florentino is false. Nor is it true that I travelled with Cristiano to the Golden Ball gala.”
There is of course a strong chance that he will be on the way out of Atletico at some point as main clubs are keen on securing his services.
However, a move to Jose Mourinho’s team would not go down well with the fans at his current employers, so English Premier League side Chelsea might lead the way.
