Alvaro Negredo linked with China move

Spanish daily newspaper Superdeporte claims that Valencia striker Alvaro Negredo could be moving to China in the summer.

There have been quite a few top footballers that moved to Asia during the last couple of months and the heavy recruitment in Chinese Super League looks set to continue.

According to the latest reports, Valencia striker Alvaro Negredo could be the next quality player to move to the world’s most populous country.

Even though the 30-year-old has over three years left on his deal at Mestalla, it is believed that los Che would jump at the opportunity to cash in on the former Man City striker in case of a good offer.

After clashing with former coach Nuno Esprito Santo, Negredo returned to the first team under Gary Neville, but following several very good performances, he has struggled for form of late, and was in turn dropped to the bench.
