Andre Gomes linked with Arsenal move

Spanish media outlet Don Balon is reporting that Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes could be moving to North London in January.

The Catalans seem ready to make a move on unsettled midfielder Mesut Ozil, but they are not prepared to offer more than €20 million for his services.

And with Arsenal likely to demand more, Barcelona are considering the possibility of offering Andre Gomes as part of the deal.

It is no secret that the Portuguese footballer has a lot of admirers among top European clubs, and he could be allowed to leave having failed to prove his worth at Camp Nou.

The 24-year-old only started 2 La Liga fixtures this season, while making another three substitute appearances, which is enough to suggest that January exit could be on the cards.
