Midfielder Matias Appelt had a match to forget in the Uruguay Premier League on Sunday.
Not only did his club Progreso lose 6-1 to Nacional but the 23-year-old scored a remarkable own goal.
As half-time loomed, with Progreso already trailing 2-1, Appelt latched on to a cross from the left, with devastating results.
