Wales captain Craig Bellamy's second-half goal was good enough to give the visitors a 1-0 win over Denmark in the international football friendly here Wednesday.
West Ham United forward Bellamy struck 13 minutes from time when, after running at the Denmark defence, he scored with a low shot from 20 yards out.
It was a case of third time lucky for Bellamy after two first-half chances went begging while Manchester City striker Ched Evans also failed to find the net in the opening period.
Just as encouraging for Wales's long-term future as the final scoreline was the composed performance on his international debut of teenage Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
