Bernardo Silva reveals preferred destination

Monaco star Bernardo Silva has dropped a hint about his next destination when he decides to leave Stade Louis II.

Following some scintillating showings in France and Europe, the Portuguese winger has emerged as one of Europe’s most-sought after footballers and he is being heavily linked with a summer exit.

According to reports, the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Manchester City are just some of his suitors.

Speaking to CNN, the winger has moved to reveal that he would prefer to continue his career in either Spain or Italy.

“For the moment, I feel good at Monaco. This is my third season in France, but of course all players want to play in the best leagues,” Bernardo Silva said.

“Spain and Italy are the best and of course it’s a dream to go there one day.”

Bernardo Silva has so far managed 26 goals and 17 assists in 138 competitive outings for Monaco, scoring a number of important goals this term.

The Portugal hotshot netted three times as the Principality club reached the Champions League quarter-finals and they are in a good position to make it to the last four.
