Cardiff’s teenage star Aaron Ramsey says he is not interested in any speculation linking him with other clubs and that he is happy at Cardiff.
Ramsey, 17, has been linked with a move to Premier League and European champions Manchester United as well as Liverpool and Arsenal.
But he told BBC Sport Wales: “I don’t take much notice to be honest, I just ignore it. I will do what I want to at the end of the day, but I am happy at Cardiff.”
Ramsey joined Cardiff City at the age of 8 after impressing in a tournament where numerous Premiership scouts were watching, and turned down clubs like Newcastle to join the Bluebirds.
The teenage sensation has come to the attention of many following impressive performances in both the league and FA Cup, and rumours suggest that top Premiership clubs are to start a bidding war for the Welsh midfielder.
Ramsey’s former Cardiff team-mate Chris Gunter, who moved to Tottenham Hotspur in the January transfer window, says he thinks the youngster will shine in the Premier League.
Gunter told BBC Sport: “I think if he does go to a big club and gets the ability to train with some of the players and play maybe, then that would be fantastic.
“I honestly believe if he went somewhere, he might not need to come back on loan because I think he is good enough to play.”
