Cech hopes to end City’s title hopes today

(GSM) – Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech believes they have an opportunity to put and end to Manchester City’s title hopes today.

The Premier League campaign is only five games old but Cech thinks it’s already do-or-die when the two meet at the Eastlands this afternoon.

“If we can win this game against City, we will be 10 points ahead of them and that is a big advantage at any stage of the season,” he said.

“We would regard that as a huge help in putting one of our rivals behind us for the rest of the campaign.”
