David Neres on Tottenham radar

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to reinforce their attack line during the January transfer market and have already been linked with a number of names.

Spurs have had their sights set on Bordeaux starlet Malcom but have already identified a potential replacement should their attempts to sign the highly sought-after Brazilian fail.

Malcom has been linked with a host of Europe’s top clubs and Tottenham are very much aware of the competition for his signature which is exactly why they are preparing a contingency plan.

According to Goal Brazil, the Premier League hot-shots are looking at another Brazilian international – David Neres.

The in-form Ajax winger notched eight goals and eleven assists in 17 Eredivisie performances for Ajax this season and is rapidly emerging as one of the brightest talents playing in Dutch top tier.

The 20-year-old would provide significant cover for Tottenham’s wide area and could be a perfect complement to the talent-packed Spurs side.
