Dortmund bracing for player exodus

Sport Bild is reporting that few more high-profile players could follow in Ilkay Gundogan’s footsteps and leave Signal-Iduna Park at the end of the season.

The Germany international has just revealed that he will not be signing a new deal with Borussia Dortmund, with Manchester United the favourites for his signature.

And with long-serving coach Jurgen Klopp also leaving, chances are that few more star players will be ending their spells with the Millionaires.

According to Sport Bild, one of Mats Hummels and Neven Subotic is certain to leave in the summer, with the German defender the favourite at the moment.

Kevin Grosskreutz, Ciro Immobile, Adrian Ramos and Milos Jojic could follow as well, meaning new coach Thomas Tuchel will have some serious squad rebuilding to do.

Borussia did well to qualify for the DFB Pokal final by defeating Bayern Munich and they are now 5/6 to see off Hoffenheim in the league this weekend.
