Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Chelsea winger Eden Hazard could be joining Barcelona in the summer transfer window.

And with the Blues reportedly looking to cash in on their star player, Barcelona are prepared to offer him an escape route from London.

The player himself is reportedly interested in a switch to Barcelona, where his attacking qualities would be properly utilized.
Eden Hazard has been by far Chelsea’s best player this season, as he managed 14 goals and 7 assists in 33 Premier League outings, while scoring 2 goals in 9 Champions League matches.
