Everton refusing to budge on Lukaku valuation

Everton are holding out for £75m for Romelu Lukaku, according to the Mirror.

The Belgium international has emerged has a target for Chelsea, the club who sold him to the Toffees just two years ago though the Merseyside outfit will not let him go without a fight.

Talks have been ongoing between the two sides, though Everton are refusing to budge on their valuation of the striker.

The twenty-three year old moved to Goodison Park initially on loan in the summer of 2013 and has since racked up one hundred and twenty-seven appearances in all competitions, scoring sixty-seven goals.

Prior to his move to Everton he had a season-long loan with West Bromwich Albion, having only racked up fifteen appearances for Chelsea and failing to score a single goal for them.

However, should the Blues stump up the cash he could be set to return to the club, who paid around £10m to originally secure his services in August 2011.
