Inter and Chelsea are both determined to sign Argentine ace Sergio ‘Kun’ Aguero from Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
The 21-year-old, who has a £50m buy-out clause, is reportedly a January target for both clubs.
“This is a battle between Chelsea and Inter,†a source at Atletico Madrid told British newspaper The Sun.
“If the club decide to let Sergio go in January then he will go to one of those two clubs.”
Chelsea had a £43million bid for the Argentine rejected in the summer, according to The Sun.
Reports says Chelsea boss Carlo Ancelotti is keen on signing a new striker in January as several key players will be away for the African Cup of Nations.
