Jelavic ponders Everton exit

Everton could stay without one of their star players in the summer as Daily Post reports that forward Nikica Jelavic is considering his options.

The Croatian forward was an instant hit when he joined the Toffees from Rangers, but the player has been struggling for form this season.

Jelavic only scored 7 goals in 30 Premier League appearances this term and Daily Post has suggested that he could leave the club in an attempt to get his career back on track.

The Croat no longer has a guaranteed starting place at Goodison Park and he does not seem willing to fight for regular playing time under David Moyes.

Jelavic should have no shortage of offers should he decide to leave the club at the end of the current campaign, although Everton are unlikely to sell on the cheap having forked out €6.6 million for the striker in the winter of 2012.
