Juan Cuadrado on Barcelona radar

Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona are reportedly hot on the trail of Chelsea full-back Juan Guillermo Cuadrado, Don Balon has suggested.

It is no secret that the Catalans are in the market for a new right-sided defender as they plan to offload Aleix Vidal at the earliest opportunity.

They have so far been linked with quite a few top footballers including Stephan Lichtsteiner, and now appear to be looking in Juan Cuadrado’s direction.

The Colombian has returned to Juventus on a three-year loan deal from Chelsea and he has made it clear he is delighted to have returned to Turin.

It remains to be seen whether the interest from Barcelona will change his plans, but this does seem like quite a complicated deal to pull off.

Cuadrado has been in fine form since returning from Chelsea and he set up two goals in his last appearance for the Bianconeri.
