Niko Kranjcar has confirmed he is set to depart Tottenham this summer with a move to Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev looking most likely.

The Croatian midfielder has found first-team opportunities limited this season, making just 12 Premier League appearances, and he now looks set to end his six-year spell in England.

Kranjcar has revealed Ukrainian Premier League runners-up Dynamo Kiev have reached an agreement with Spurs over a proposed transfer.

“The two clubs have reached an agreement, there are just a few minor details to be sorted out and I am still to define my personal terms,” Kranjcar, who is currently on international duty at Euro 2012, told Sportske Novosti.

Kranjcar said his sole focus is with the Croatian national side in Poland and Ukraine and his agent is currently handling personal matters regarding the proposed switch.

“I will let my agent handle it as I am now completely focused on playing for the national team in Euro 2012,” he said.

Kranjcar moved to north London from Portsmouth in 2008 for a fee of 2.5 million pounds, with the midfielder’s move to Ukraine expected to cost closer to seven million pounds.
