Lazio have been showing interest in Bordeaux midfielder Jaroslav Plasil, Tuttosport has revealed.
The Biancocelesti have almost finished the squad rebuilding process having recently recruited Santiago Gentiletti from San Lorenzo, but they aim to do another piece of business before the transfer window closes.
Namely, Lazio are set to make a move on Bordeaux midfielder Jaroslav Plasil, who has another year left on his deal at Stade Chaban-Delmas.
The Czech footballer has returned to the club from a loan spell with Catania, but he could be back to Italian Serie A as early as this summer.
Lazio seem very interested in his signature and they will attempt to sign him on a cut-price deal since Bordeaux will be forced to sell.
Jaroslav Plasil made a total of 28 league appearances for Catania last term, scoring one goal in the process, but he could not help the Elephants avoid relegation to Serie B.
