Leicester 8/11 to beat Stoke in Saturday’s Premier League clash

Competition: Premier League

Market: Leicester to beat Stoke

Odds: 8/11 @ Bet365

The Premier League returns this weekend for yet another massive round of games that will see the table change massively. Three points is often able to see a side move up a number of places, meaning a win is vital, and with this in mind, Leicester host Stoke on Saturday.

Leicester have been in good form this season and they are looking to close the gap between themselves and Arsenal in sixth. After 27 games they have won nine, drawn eight and lost 10, scoring 39 goals and conceding 40 times. In their last five they have won once, drawn twice and lost twice which has seen them onto 35 points. Their form this season has seen them rise above the relegation zone and the former champions will feel that they can finish as the best of the teams outside of the top six, and a win on Saturday could see them rise into seventh-place.

Stoke on the other hand have been very poor this season. After 27 games they have won six, drawn seven and lost 14, scoring 27 goals and conceding 53 times. In their last five games they have won once, drawn twice and lost twice which has seen them onto 25 points. Stoke are currently two points short of safety and their recent form makes their situation even more uncomfortable as they are staring at the very real possibility of getting relegated from the Premier League come the end of the season.
